Ursula

      One of the best Disney villains! Evil, clever, in tune, ambitious, bad and owner of a timeless flannel, Ursula is the fearsome sea witch. Half a squid, half a woman, she has more space in the movie than in the original Andersen's tale. She appears also in some episodes of the series. Voiced by Pat Carroll.

Vanessa

      Eric's annoying bride for a day. Vanessa is, in fact, the sea witch in a disguise. Ursula noticing that Ariel would conquer true love's kiss before the sunset of the third day, se transforms hersilf into human to stop the prince from falling in love with the mermaid. Obviously, she doesn't manage it, but she creates quite a mess. She was also voiced by Jodi Benson.

Ursula's faithful helpers. Two dissimulated and evil eels who convince Ariel to go ask for the sea witch's help.
