After the movie's huge success, The Little Mermaid became a
TV series. With the same characters from the original movie, the
series tell Ariel's adventures before she became a human and the
episodes are from when she was 15, that is, a year before the events
of the movie.
There were
3 seasons and a total of 31 episodes. Many of them were released on VHS.
The Little Mermaid - The Series won many hearts for providing to all
Arielholics other opportunities to see the most famous mermaid of all
times. I quite like the series for it explores Ariel's magical
underwater world, and the many adventures and songs are really good!
With a
great number of new songs and lovely characters, the series that went to
the air on 1992 deserves all due credit for even the animation was
pretty good. The same voices from the original casting came back to
voice the series.
I intend to
make a little resume of each episode, but for now, you can
download them in Brazilian
Portuguese if you like.
